Dawn has been in the real estate industry for approximately 20 years, and has experience in both residential and commercial. She is most helpful in residential sales, land & farm sales, and commercial sales & leasing. She decided to start First Alliance Realty Group, LLC approximately five years ago to assist in the sale or purchase of real estate with two things in mind. One, to educate the client so that they can actually understand the process, and put money back into their pockets. And, two, be the most honest and ethical firm in the market. Dawn strives to hire agents with honesty and ethics at the top of their priority list. So far, the firm is exactly what she expects, and is working daily to make it better and better.

Joe has been in the real estate industry for approximately two years, and has been very successful. His specialty area is HUD homes. Nikki has been in real estate for approximately 10 years.
